Overhill Communities in east Tennessee are on the edge of the
Cherokee National Forest and the Great Smoky Mountains. It's a 2.5 hour drive
north of Atlanta, 30 minutes from the Knoxville Airport and the University of
Tennessee. Louisville; Nashville; Charleston, WV; and Huntsville are within an
easy one-day drive.
